Coast Gem USA works hard to provide high quality fish from show winning farms.  We source our fish farm direct to our customers. They are hand-picked for us and shipped to us weekly.  We were founded with a vision to transform the ornamental fish industry, by providing exceptional high quality fish. We strive to provide high quality standards in handling and customer service.

Ordering Process
Place all orders by Wednesday at 4pm pacific time. We will attempt to ship all orders the Monday after order is received and payment is received.

A draft invoice will be sent for your approval. Upon approval a square invoice will be sent for payment. We If requested we can keep a copy of your credir card of final for future orders.

We will ship all orders by Fed Ex 2 Day or Southwest AirCargo. Fed Ex will be actual shipping cost. Southwest Air Cargo fee will be sent collect.

In rare cases that live stock arrive dead, please provide at least two pictures within 4 hours of receipt of shipment. You can also send all DOA inquiries to your sales representative at wholesale@coastgemusa.com

All DOA will receive a credit on your next order.
