Ordering Process

Please place your orders by Monday 4PM. Your order will be processed and prepared to ship next Monday-Wednesday the following week. 

Check Out Process

Please add all items the the cart, a minimum order $800 is required for the minimum order. Select the Check out button.

Enter your address and select continue to shipping button.

 

Select your shipping method. If you choose Fed Ex/UPS Next Day, we will provide a quote to you after you submit your order. Select continue to Payment button.

Please select "Choose payment method later" as your method of payment. It's preselected at default. Your sales representative will provide you with a final invoice after shipping has been calculated. Select Review Order.

When placing an order on our website, it will be considered a pro-forma invoice. Shipping is not calculated in the pro-forma invoice, we will calculate the best shipping rate during the invoicing process.

A Order Number will be created. 

When your order is ready to ship, we will send you out the final official invoice with an e-invoice.

If you have a shipping request, please add that as a note to your order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express via Square.

Minimum Order Quantities

Minimum Product Order Requirement: A minimum order of $800.00 in products is required for all orders. Shipping/freight does not count towards the $800 minimum.

Dead On Arrival Policy

In rare cases that live stock arrive dead, please provide at least two pictures within 4 hours of receipt of shipment. You can send all DOA inquiries to your sales representative or wholesale@coastgemusa.com

We will apply a credit on your next order.
