The pictures shown are from our sellers that are currently selling that type of fish in the picture. It means, when you order the group of fish, they will be from the same farm. We worry so much to bring the highest quality to our customers. We will always make sure that the fish we ship is very healthy before sending them. Quarantine The fish is already quarantined from the farm for a few weeks (betta, guppy, flowerhorn, cichlids) to 2 months (Goldfish). Fish will be shipped in clean water with medication to make it easier for the water to carry oxygen, at the same time it will protect the fish from any ammonia spike that may happen. Shipping options We have mainly 3 options. 1. Delta Cargo or Southwest Cargo (Recommended, cheaper and fast), will cost you about $70 to $100 if you have multiple big boxes. $70 = 1-70lb, $1+ extra each lb after 70lb. The order will arrive overnight, or in some after depending on how the scheduled flight is after dropping the order at the cargo facility. You would have to go to designated Cargo warehouse to pick the order. 2. UPS Overnight Next Day Air. Delivery to your address desired (West Coast will be from $30-70 per box), East Coast will be $120 per box. Usually a $1500 or less order will fit in 1 box, we'll also adjust the size of packing to help you save money on shipping cost. We'll update the shipping cost of UPS once we evaluate the estimated weight of the order. 3. UPS 2 Day (Good for Betta, Guppy and Shrimp) Similar to Next Day Air, but it will be 2 Days in transit. Approximated prices are $30-40 West Coast, we don't recommend this for East Coast, because the price will be very similar to UPS Overnight, even though is 2 days transit. Live Arrival Guarantee We require pictures of fish in the bags, that will also help us to improve any mistake we had made, plus we will credit for a future order the fish that couldn't make it. Fortunately the DOA ratio is very low, thanks to the volume of the insulated box.
